TM Light worked with Dior to create a unique environment within their store at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. The store is designed with a notion of the layering of light. Linear LED backlight the floating shelves and millwork elements on the walls, while spotlights from the ceiling maintain a level of intense hierarchy on the products themselves. Three large ambient glowing elements ground the space; an illuminated ceiling that mimics the feel of daylight, a large animated graphics wall, and finally the illuminated Dior flowers that punctuate the retail space as well as the hidden spa and treatment rooms.
